This 2-hour workshop offers one of the most popular of the Personal Freedom Exercises that introduce AMAG's cosmology through activities designed to enhance spiritual awareness and refine communication skills -- all while having fun!
The Heart Centering Exercise is interactive. In addition to a courageous heart and an open mind, you'll need a blank piece of paper (minimum 8.5 x 11), and some coloured pencils, marking pens, stickers or small objects (stones, trinkets, etc.) Each time you practice this exercise, new information is added to your knowledge base regarding relationships and respectful communication skills.
